Which test is performed? We perform COVID-19 antigen rapid test (citizen tests).
Can I come without an appointment? Yes of course, however due to current situations we recommend booking through our appointment booking link. We want to counteract long queues. You can book your appointment here.
Is there a charge for the Corona Antigen rapid test? No, the citizen tests are again free of charge for all citizen:s at least 1x per week since 13.11.2021.
How do I get the test? Make an appointment online and come to our test center on the selected date.
Who conducts the test? The test is performed by trained professionals.
How long does the test take? Taking the swab takes a few seconds. The evaluation of the citizen test or the antigen rapid test is available 15 minutes after tapping. You will receive the result by email, CoronaWarn app, Luca app and directly as a printout.
How is the smear test performed? The swab is taken in the anterior nasal cavity.
Does it hurt? No, the test does not hurt.
My husband/wife/daughter/parents/friend also need a test. Can I bring this person to my appointment?
Unfortunately, we have limited on-site space and testing capacity. In addition, we are very keen to avoid waiting times and associated queues. Therefore, please book a separate appointment via our website for each person who is to be tested.
I cannot book an appointment on the website?
Unfortunately, our capacities are then completely exhausted on that day. You are welcome to visit our test center without an appointment, but should then be prepared for waiting times. Alternatively, you can find out about other testing centers in the vicinity on the website of the Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Care.

I don't have an e-mail address or access to my e-mail account. How can I get my test result?
You can also take the test result on site in paper form. Please inform the on-site staff member when registering at the test center that you need a printout of the result.
My test result was negative. However, I still have symptoms suggestive of a Corona infection.
Please visit your family doctor. He will advise you whether an additional PCR test is useful.
My test result was positive. What do I have to do?
Please get into home seclusion immediately and follow instructions/instructions you received along with your test result.
Do you test minors as well?
Yes, we also test minors when accompanied by a parent or guardian. If the parent or guardian is not present, a written consent form with the parent or guardian's signature is required.
